SOMATIC RELEASE INTENSIVE
A 1-month body-based container designed to release what your nervous system has been holding for years.
We work directly with your body to process the emotional cycles it couldn't finish, helping your nervous system reorganise around safety instead of survival.
The journey:
- 7 strategically sequenced sessions progressing from pattern mapping through emotional release to real-life integration
- Continuous support throughout the month as your system integrates between sessions
- Carefully paced sessions that build on each other, creating momentum for lasting change
HOW TO BEGIN: SESSION 1

Session 1 is Foundation & Pattern Mapping - a standalone session where we identify what's keeping you stuck, assess your nervous system, and explore whether this work is the right fit for you now.
What happens:
*Deep exploration of your patterns, family history, and how your body holds them
*Nervous system assessment to establish safety for somatic work
*Mutual clarity on whether the intensive is appropriate at this time
*Identify the root of what's been keeping you stuck (not just the symptoms)
*Experience body-based work and discover how somatic release feels for you
*Leave with clear next steps - whether that's the full intensive, another approach, or tools to continue on your own
